Negative: 1. Hard to access. Property in owner house even landed house. 2. Hard to park and bring all the luggage (sick, pregnant women, old, rain, more luggages). 3. Old water heater cannot use. 4. Old tv and limited channel. 5. Not secure the door and their lock of door.
