Cypress Grove - Located on the waterfront of the Dog River. Located 10 minutes away from downtown Mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island. Fishing, Kayaking, boating, water activities are all accessible from the property. Perfect home for multiple families to getaway together and reconnect. Eastern exposure for wonderful romantic Sunset views across the river. Swimming pool and Hot Tub for whichever season you'll be visiting.
The space
This Home is 2400 Square feet of private living space situated on 1.42 Acres. 3 Bedrooms each have a King sized bed, night tables, dressers and closets, this area has 2 full bathrooms. An additional lower bedroom has (2) twin over full bunk beds, dresser and a full office / desk space, this area has a 1/2 bath and Laundry. The Kitchen is fully stocked and a large Dining table that can seat 10 people. There are 2 living room areas; the top living room is warm and cozy, has a streaming smart TV, sectional and side loveseat. Access to the back porch for your morning coffee or end of day sunset viewing. The bottom living room has french doors that open to the pool deck as well as a second front entrance. It has a streaming smart TV, recliners, sofa and chairs. Outside either of the living rooms is the Deck, Patio, Pool and Hot tub. There is also a nice charcoal grill for your outdoor grilling needs. The grounds includes a nice wooded area in the front for the kids to play Hide n Seek and towards the water is a huge grassy yard. The Dock is perfect for fishing / swimming / enjoying the water.

Summary: This property was great!! The back yard and pool area was inviting and so relaxing. The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. We barely left the property during our 4 day trip. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place.
