It encapsulates tropical living at its finest, with ample indoor and outdoor living space, alfresco entertaining with a BBQ and a glistening resort-style swimming pool. Designed around indoor and outdoor living, this beautiful family home creates an idyllic escape, yet with the convenience of being just a short drive to all that Tropical North Queensland has to offer.
It offers grand proportions with spacious, airy interiors and stylish furniture throughout. A wrap around balcony allows for fresh breezes and natural sunlight to stream through. The home is equipped with air-conditioning throughout to create a comfortable, year-round retreat.
The open plan living and dining area includes an oversized modular sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. There is a large dining table along with additional seating on the balcony and beside the pool.
The gorgeous country-style kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances to create a family meal at home. It includes a fridge, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker and microwave. There is a BBQ on the balcony and cooking staples in the pantry.
There are four bedrooms within the property, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. the master bedroom has a premium king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. The Second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a triple bunk bed and extra trundle bed, ideal for those travelling with children.
There is a granny flat downstairs with an ensuite bathroom, TV and tea and coffee facilities. An additional sofa bed next to the granny flat can sleep one guest.
