Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good stay and clean room. Smelled like mold pretty bad and outside furniture was broken and some things inside broken as well. Mostly just needs updated. The location was perfect for us. Located 3 minutes from barefoot landing we went down for a concert so it was perfect for our purposes. 20 min from broadway and 30 min from the boardwalk. Overall it was a great trip just needs some minor updates.
