This guest studio is a recently renovated space with tons of natural light and cute decor. It’s a great getaway space for someone looking for a peaceful, rural retreat. This isn’t a chic city loft, it’s a private apartment above our detached garage. The property consists of almost 8 acres and our home + guest studio is surrounded by beautiful trees, nature and wildlife. Guests have access to our rugged hiking trails, too. 25 mins to Austin, 10 mins to COTA.
This is a rural, farm property with a gravel driveway. Perfect for guests who want a retreat surrounded by trees and wildlife. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, comfortable and unique space for guests. Thorough deep cleaning after each reservation, we completely replace linens with brand new ones every 3 months and there is interior/exterior monthly pest control.
We love nature, animals and renovation projects – and that's exactly what we got with this place. Did we mention that it’s rural? 🙂 We have the most expensive internet service you can get, with our own radio tower, but it doesn’t compare to fiber or other high speeds you get in the city limits. We’ve never had anyone complain about internet, but just know that it’s a little slower and less reliable during bad weather.
The guest loft is on the upper level of our detached garage, and just a few feet away is our home. We are currently in the process of a big landscaping project, so we tried to price the loft accordingly since it's not picture-perfect on the outside yet. It's still a great place to get away if you like the outdoors, or if you want to be close to COTA, Lost Pines and Austin.
