*No Late check-out without prior approval- $150 charge guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean
*No parking on the grass
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS § 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested.
*Guests will not have access to labeled host’s closets, storage shed and outbuilding.

BEFORE DEPARTURE
*Please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with bleach and start a normal cycle (this will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests.)
*Laundry room located underneath carport next to kitchen door.
*Please place all used towels in bin labeled dirty laundry.
*Take used pillowcases, sheets and fitted sheets off used beds and place in bin labeled dirty laundry. Do not take off mattress cover or pillow covers.
*Put items back to their original place.
*Wash dishes that you use.
*Clean electric grill with brush provided if you use it.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) are cleaned before putting them back.
*Take out all trash and put in black trash bin located on underneath the carport.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.

Summary: Stayed here for nearly a month while on a temp work assignment. House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen could use little more stocking for longer term guests that cook alot. No cable or satelite tv. They do have Roku tv's so I was able to watch nearly any channel I wanted by logging in through my personal cable provider. The movie collection in Plex is very extensive with alot of newer releases. The only issue I had was the proximity to the airport. I was working nights and there is a steady stream of airplanes overhead during the day. Wasn't really noticeable when I was up watching TV..
