Cute Cozy Comfy House with 2 floors. Top floor is large bedroom with bar sink, 3 piece bath room & balcony. Direct Entrance from Ash Street with garden Patio Street entrance. Garden floor: Full size open kitchen, eating area, and OPEN Den with 2 piece powder room. Den area has a Day bed with Trundle Mattress, can sleep extra 2. Living room has TV, apple TV: 3 seater sofa bed (can have extra guests and need extra linen, let me know $50 per extra guest, if more than 4 guests) coffee table, and eating area. Full size Kitchen appliances, Full size Laundry and large fridge. Walk 2 blocks to King Ed. Sky train station, can get to downtown or air port in minutes. Walk to Douglas Park playground and free tennis court a few blocks away. FREE street parking, and EV Charge available for small charge. Main floor is 9 feet high ceiling, full size kitchen with S/S appliances, WIFI, center quiet location for happy stay. Close to Vancouver General Hospital, Women Hospital, and Children Hospital, and walk to Parks, restaurants, cafes, banks & shops - best neighborhood in Westside to have a happy stay. Summary: We rented this little carriage house for my family to stay a few days while my husband and I are at the BC Children's Hospital NICU. It was a quick walk away, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including extra seats for when extended family came over with dinner. Check-in and out were seamless and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Overall, was a great stay - many thanks to the owners for allowing us to rent their space!
