Newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. Everything you need, including dishwasher,
garbage disposal, microwave, and washer/dryer. Large dining area with expandable table. Comfortable living area with flat screen TV. Three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, one with full size bed. Ceiling fans in every room. Remodeled bathroom with shower. All new electric heat in 2021. High end engineered flooring throughout. Enjoy nearby attractions: Clinton Town Beach (2 miles away), Hammonassett State Park and Beach (5 miles away), Clinton Premium Outlet Center, movie theaters, restaurants, and more in Clinton, CT and surrounding towns. Dogs accepted with permission from owner. No cats please.
Cottage is professionally cleaned between rentals.
OFF SEASON RENTALS (Sept - April): ONE MONTH MINIMUM. Renter must pay heat for rentals October - April. In season rentals June 1- August 31 one week minimum.

Summary: Great 2 weeks at the house. This was our 2nd summer there. The house has everything you need. The location and neighborhood are excellent. Would love to do another 2 weeks next summer.
