Positive: The inside of the house was fantastic
Negative: Had to dog proof the back yard. There was a big gape under the house that the dogs could get through from the backyard to the front and onto the road. There were bits and pieces of materials we blocked it off with. Also along the fence and back gate, our little dog could get under so we again had to block this off with bricks. There was also quite a bit of old dog poo when we arrived and we cleaned it up.
