1-Bedroom, 1-Bath Condo, Tastefully & Fully Furnished, conveniently located mid-island, close to the Hospital. Includes all amenities: coffee maker, vacuum, microwave, in unit washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, linen, towels, and all kitchen utensils. No TV or Internet. Very quiet and comfortable. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, but since it is so breezy, you likely won't need it at all. Parking is just outside. Although it is centrally-located and you can take a bus with a brisk walk, renting a car is much more convenient to get around the island. The unit is on the second floor. You can have meals/coffee on your own private balcony. Bring just your hat; there is lots of sunscreen. Contact owner for specific directions.

Summary: Estate Ruby was indeed bright and airy - great breeze through the entire place most of the time. A few items needing fixed when we arrived were taken care of promptly. Nice tended to grounds. The unit is within quick, easy driving distance of most central points on the island. The unit has a nice looking pool, but it was out of commission while we were there, so we couldn't use it - but they were working on it. The place could use some painting and a few small kitchen upgrades - A TV and internet access would have made it perfect - but for the most part, a very nice enjoyable place. Only real downside we experienced was neighbors dogs that barked at all times of the day and night. For the price though, this would be hard to beat. We would have extended our stay had the unit been available.
