Quick walk to the beach! Pool, tennis courts, and playground!.
You will feel right at home in this cute and cozy condo, shaded by trees. This first floor unit provides easy access in and out of the unit! It is well suited for either one couple or a family of five.
This adorable condo is located in the Forest Ridge Village complex. The complex has a pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and fire pit. Plus, there is a small playground for the children! The condo is conveniently located with easy access to the pool and tennis courts.
This pet friendly condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The living room is light and bright and opens to a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is also a TV with Comcast Cable in the living room.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for preparing your meals. The dining area seats five.
The master bedroom has one queen bed, and a TV with Smart TV Capabilities. The second bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The Living room has a full size sofa sleeper. The bathroom is next to both bedrooms and has a vanity and tub/shower combination.
Beach chairs are also provided for your convenience to take to the beach.

Summary: Condo was very clean and in a good location. Beach is only a five-minute walk away. Communication with administrator was very timely. Only downsides included a broken dryer and the fact that my car was broken into during one of the nights. The community seemed afe and quiet, so the break-in may have neen an isolated incident.
