Located on the ninth floor, you will be able to see for miles. Enjoy watching para sailors, boaters, waverunners, and sometimes, even fish and dolphin, from the comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony.
This clean, large condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size sleeper couch and two full baths. The unit has two televisions, both flat screens, DVD, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in is after 2pm and check out is 1000 am. The association now charges a pet fee of $150/dog/stay....you must check your dog in at the office, receive a leash cover ....(Only 2 dogs allowed and must be 20 lbs or less per dog(per association rules).
