Two fairly new, two story, fusion style townhouses in the quaint town of Homer. This listing is for Evergreen Townhouse #2, the East unit.

This 1200 sq. ft two story, custom townhome offers three bedrooms, two full baths and completely outfitted kitchen and dining area that seats six. Comfortable living area equipped with a flat screen T.V. with Satellite connection. Two bedrooms with king beds and private balconies, makes it perfect for two couples exploring Alaska together. And with a petite bedroom with queen bed, it also accommodates a family or group of six easily.
Master Bedroom Suite upstairs is soothing and very spacious with King Bed, seating area, flat screen TV with a satellite connection, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and private balcony, with a partial ocean view with mountains.
Second Master Bedroom downstairs also has King Bed, tiled floors, open beam ceiling, cedar-lined walls, and a private balcony overlooking a beautiful wooded area and small pond.
Third Bedroom is upstairs is a petite room and has a convenient queen for additional couple, kids or singles.
Easy 4 minute walk to Homer's new wonderful Hornaday Park, museums, cafes, restaurants, and art galleries. Homer Old Town area is a short 10 minute walk, with multiple access points to Homer's sand beaches and Bishop's Beach area.
Pets are welcome upon writing via e-mail. There is a fee of $30 pet, per day. We ask the owners to never leave their pets unattended, to keep the pet downstairs only, and off of all furniture. Other than that, we are easy!
