Built in 1977 and owned by one family, CURTISY COTTAGE is a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath Whistler “A frame” on a large, flat lot located in Whistler Cay at the north end of Alta lake close to some of Whistler’s best amenities :
• Alta lake beaches,
• River of Golden Dreams,
• The Whistler golf course,
• The valley trail,
• Short walk to the elementary school,
• 25 minute walk or 5 min. drive to Whistler Village or Nesters
• Bus stop steps from the cabin
You get the best of both worlds!
This charmer has an open concept main room dining room, new, full sized kitchen with dishwasher, living room and reading area. This cozy family area features a flat screen TV (with cable and internet) as well as a wall mounted electric fireplace. All this with large southeast facing windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a spacious front deck great for relaxing. The main floor also contains a new laundry room.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to the main bathroom and laundry room.
Upstairs are large, completely redone twin lofts with lots of sleeping room, a half bathroom, front balcony and a large storage area. These classic whistler lofts are spacious and cozy.
Added Conveniences:
Outside features a large front driveway with plenty of parking space on a large flat treed lot that keeps the hot Whistler summers cool and comfortable. The private back yard contains a large and private open area and deck.
