Positive: Central location. Great hosts. Comfy bed.
Negative: Thu unit was sparkling clean but unfortunately had a very strong air freshner perfume, cloyingly sweet. That was the only negative. The smell came from the floral arrangements and did improve on carefully moving them outside for the duration of our stay.
