Currituck Club 214 is a custom-built, brand new construction overlooking the 12th hole of the prestigious Currituck Club golf course. This thoughtfully designed home offers guests three levels and 4,000 square feet of indoor living, plus an expansive backyard oasis with saltwater pool. Three of the five bedrooms are ensuite for plenty of privacy. High-end finishes including board and batten, crown molding and pocket doors add to the traditional southern charm of this luxury vacation home.
After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the open-concept living area that features a gorgeous coffered ceiling, huge 65" TV and built-in Sonos audio. The chef in the family will appreciate the kitchen's gas cooktop, double oven and granite countertops. Downstairs, a ground level rec room is equipped with a ping pong table and a kitchenette. Step outside to the enclosed backyard, where you can take a dip in the saltwater pool or a soak in the hot tub while listening to your favorite music play on the outdoor speakers. For guests who need to stay caught up with work or school remotely, they can do so in the dedicated office with a horizon view of the ocean.
During your stay, everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers including outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. In the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
