AquaVista is located directly on the Gulf just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and azure blue waters of Panama City Beach. AquaVista is an eight story complex featuring four elevators. It is very easy to access the amenities of the complex. Surrounded by lush tropical landscape, AquaVista offers a Gulf front swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, beach service, elevated sundeck, a club house, and so much more.
Only a mile to the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment center featuring over 80 stores and restaurants. It is located at the south end of State Highway 79, which is the new entry to the beach from the new Panama City International Airport.
We have recently updated the fully equipped kitchen to feature beautiful quartz counter tops, natural maple cabinetry and an iridescent glass tile back splash. Both bathrooms are updated and feature the same cabinetry with granite counter tops. New flooring, doors, window treatments and ceiling fans have been added as well.
The master bedroom features new furnishings, new king mattress/springs along with new lamps, decorative touches and comforter too! Both bedrooms provide our guests with flat screened TVs just in case you encounter a rainy day or you need to escape the Disney Channel!
Of course a larger flat panel television and DVD player are in the living room. We have provided a desk so you can access the wireless internet connection to check on business or personal email without disruption of the dining room or bar area.
Our kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots/pans, small appliances so you may prepare meals easily. We check our stock of glasses, china and silverware once or twice a year to be certain guests will have plenty. We have provided numerous place mats so you can make your dining in an event rather than a chore!!! A new stackable full size washer and dryer are provided for your use.
The balcony view as well as the views from inside the unit will dazzle you! It is like being on a cruise. But, you can save the tips!!!
Start your day on the balcony with coffee or breakfast. Make plans to enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, visiting the many attractions or just relaxing on the beach chair we provide in season. At the end of the day regroup where you started to toast the sunset. Cook in or enjoy the many restaurants within walking distance. Then on to Pier Park to enjoy the pulse of the beach.
Let the Winn Dixie be your pantry so you have plenty of time to enjoy your vacation without moving your car! CVS has a location across the street as well.
