Crystal Coyaba features a heated beachfront pool during cooler months, a grand balcony, private beach access, a fitness center, BBQ grills, and a picnic area. An umbrella and four beach chairs are provided each day during the season. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, Henderson State Park, and family activities. A six-mile path along the beach is perfect for walking or cycling.
Home Layout Sleeps 12:
Open kitchen and living room with balcony, laundry room. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony and walk-in shower. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with Jack N’ Jill bathroom. Bunk bedroom with Full over Full mattresses (sleeps 2) that connects to the Jack N’ Jill bathroom. Bedroom with two queen mattresses (sleeps 4) and a bathroom that connects to the hallway.
Crystal Coyaba is a 3rd-floor condo located in the Villa Coyaba building. There is an elevator to take you up and down to your home.
Complimentary covered parking is available for two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. Only two assigned parking spaces exist for unit 303, so please consider this. Additional parking may be available at public lots throughout the Destin area.
The pool remains heated from November until the end of March.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Pets are not permitted at the property or surrounding grounds.
Weather permitting, daily beach chair setup (4 chairs) is included and runs from March 1 to October 31.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your stay.
This home is on level three of the Villa Coyaba building in the heart of Crystal Beach. An elevator or stairs will take you to your home. This unit is located just a few feet from the elevator.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens to get you through the first day. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
