Summary: The hotel was currently undergoing refurbishment. As a result without any notice I did not have hot water for a shower in the morning, the window was dirty which was annoying as I paid extra for a Falls view but could hardly see them. Then, just before checkout again without warning the water got turned off so I couldn’t wash my hands after using the toilet.
