This spacious beach property consists of a main house and a private villa, and is perfect for a large group or family. When you rent this property, you get the entire property to yourself - the main house (1100 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a complete kitchen), a private villa (500 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath and another complete kitchen), and an amazing backyard retreat complete with outdoor television, patio furniture, dining table, fire pit and grill. The best part about this beach property, however, is its location, where you will be just blocks from the beach. When you make this property your vacation home, you will enjoy four (4) beach cruiser bikes, two (2) surfboards, two (2) standup paddle boards, eight (8) beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys - all free for you and your group so that you can take full advantage of this amazing location. The main beach house consists of the following: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, 2 closets Bedroom 2 - queen bed, 1 closet Bedroom 3 - bunk bed, full on bottom, twin on top, with 1 closet Living Room - pull-out queen sofa sleeper Kitchen - stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. Bathroom 1 - 2 sinks, tub and shower combo Bathroom 2 - 1 sink and standup shower The private villa, which is detached from the main beach house, consists of a queen bed and a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper. There is also a bathroom with large, stand-up shower, and the kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator and keurig coffee maker.
