Located north of La Brière, 20 km from St Nazaire and 40 km from La Baule, this gite adjoining the owners' house will seduce you with its 3000 m² garden (shared with the owners), its garden furniture shadow of the walnut tree and its private covered unheated swimming pool (5x10 m) and open from mid-May to September (11am-8pm). Available: barbecue, swings, basketball hoop, pétanque area, volleyball games and 2 adult bikes + 1 BMX + 3 children's bikes (girls 10-12 years old / boys 6 and 8 years old). Ground floor: lounge/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) and shower room/wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 140x190 bed, 3: 2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate WC. Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player and cot. Included: sheets. Not included: electricity, electric heating from 16/09 to 14/06 (€17/day), wood, towels (€5/p) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€). The cottage is non-smoking. Out of respect for those following your rental, we will apply a tax of €100 per room and €200 for the main room if we find that you have breached this rule of decorum. Thank you for your vigilance to others. We have a small car park at the entrance of the cottage that can hold 2 cars. For vans, please notify in advance (pro contracts).
