Summary: We arrived quite early, around 11 AM, and were informed that the room had already been vacated and was being cleaned. However, we still had to wait two and a half hours before getting checked in. It would have been nice if the room had been prepared earlier. We also noticed that groups who arrived after us were escorted to their rooms before us, which was a bit disappointing. That said, once we got into the room, everything changed — the view was absolutely spectacular, and it made us almost forget the bad check-in experience. I loved that the hotel has its own private beachfront and several pool options to choose from. And the food — it was superb! Another downside for me was the airport transfer. We had to pay for it, as they said only bookings made through their website include complimentary airport transfers. I found that a bit unfair, considering we stayed at the hotel just the same. It’s definitely something they should reconsider.
