Make yourself at home with 3 newly appointed bedrooms which sleeps 10 (King, 4 Queens) and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom boosts a new smart TV and DVD player, for when you need a break from the pools or beach.
The open floor plan allows the perfect opportunity for family to spend time seamlessly in the kitchen, dining and living rooms areas. The fully equipped kitchen has all new white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel deep sink, new plumbing, a new GE side-by-side refrigerator with automatic ice and water dispenser and a new built-in microwave. The breakfast bar provides seating for three and the dining area seating for six more. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig for K-cups, an automatic coffee maker and all of the small appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. We also provide many spices and staple kitchen items for preparing a great home-cooked meal at the beach.
Our spacious and comfortable living room boasts comfy furniture, whether you choose to relax on a leather recliner, sofa or loveseat. Enjoy watching a favorite movie or tv show on the new super-size 60" smart TV with 267+ cable channels along with a DVD/VCR player. Your morning coffee will taste better watching beautiful sunrises and dolphins from our 7th floor, furnished, 26-foot balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. On the balcony, enjoy idle time relaxing in one of FOUR, rocking chairs on the balcony.
Relax in the newly decorated master bedroom with custom drapes, a king size pillow-top mattress (Westin Heavenly Bed), a 55" smart TV, a chair and plenty of storage space in the dresser or large closet. The fully renovated master bath sparkles with new vanity quartz counter, double sinks, vanity lights, mirrors and a gorgeous 6-foot custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads, tiled seat and niche for all your pampering supplies.
The 2nd bedroom makeover has new decor, bedding for 2 queen beds, a 40 " smart TV, and a closet with hangers. The renovated ensuite full bathroom contains a new walk-in shower with sliding glassdoor, high elongated toilet, plumbing, vanity quartz countertop, lighting and handheld shower head.
The 3rd bedroom refresh has new decor and bedding for 2 queen beds, large closet with hangers, a 40" smart TV, chair and light for reading. This guest room shares the main hallway bath, conveniently just by the doorway. This full bathroom also contains a new high elongated toilet, plumbing, vanity quartz countertop, lighting and handheld shower head.
Your reservation at Crescent Shores #707 includes bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon your arrival, and departure cleaning too. The condo offers a direct oceanfront view and access with large balconies off the living room and master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
To make packing for your beach vacation easier, we also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys AND a beach wagon. Just pack your own beach towels and you are ready to enjoy the beautifully maintained Crescent Beach sands and surf waiting for you.
Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd., the Crescent Shores Condominium complex offers a fantastic view of the South Carolina Coast, has a 200-foot lazy river, a 110-foot oceanfront pool, two oversized hot tubs, 1 foot kiddie pool, indoor pool and an onsite Fitness room. The indoor pool is heated in the winter months for your vacation pleasure. The rental comes with two parking passes. The parking garage height is 6 feet 4 inches which will accommodate most vehicles.
We chose Crescent Shores because we wanted to be right on the beach and keep the condo in our family. We've been coming to the beach for years when my father initially owned the condo. We love waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline and sipping our coffee in the morning, Watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine in hand is just heavenly too! We also have a fabulous local family owned business that assists us with a local check-in/check-out process, concierge services and most importantly maintenance issue resolution should the need arise. We are truly blessed to share our second home with you!
