Our recently renovated bright and airy beach house is the perfect place to relax with your family! With 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 1 Full), a bunk room with 4 twin beds, 1 full indoor bathroom AND a bonus outdoor shower and bathroom, and a large back deck and private fenced-in yard - there's plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and the house also has an apartment sized washer and dryer for your convenience. New addition to the house -- indoor eating area (table and chairs) in the bunk room. When guests are not at the beach - which is a 3 minute walk. The private backyard boasts a large deck, outdoor eating area, and fun games including TIKI TOSS and Corn Hole. $300 security deposit and $175 cleaning fee required. Amenities include: Wireless Internet Cable television (2 flat screen televisions) enclosed yard outdoor gas grill large deck retractable clothes line beach chairs outdoor shower outdoor toilet hardwood floors throughout house washer/dryer convection oven electric cooktop refrigerator with ice/water dispenser Keurig coffee maker toaster oven electric griddle crockpot Renters who would prefer to use the owner's sheets and towels will be responsible for laundering them prior to their scheduled departure - failure to do so will result in an additional $100 charge (this will be deducted from security deposit.) The award-winning Mattapoisett Laundromat is only a few minutes down the road. $2400 per week (Summer) $2,600 for the 4th of July week 3-day minimum for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends. No pets No smoking Summer rentals are by the week and run Friday to Friday with check-in at 4:00 pm/check-out at 11:00 am Parking is limited to 3 moderately sized automobiles or two larger autos (SUV size)
