This well-appointed luxury home offers five spacious bedrooms (including two large king suites) and three beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Each bedroom provides the comforts you expect from home, including blackout curtains, premium bedding and mattresses, and heated floors. Living spaces include a large living room, media room, formal dining area with wet bar and desk, and a kitchen fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. For entertainment there are 4 Smart TVs with streaming services, board games, DVDs, Nintendo Wii, and a 2-player arcade console with 3,000+ vintage games.
Outside awaits your own slice of the tranquil, year-round McKinney Creek. Enjoy taking in the forest and creek views from the patio, equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining for 12, fire pit and lounge chairs. In summer, the kids will enjoy hours of outdoor play on the swing set or in the creek's large wading area. Grab the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella and head down to Chamber's Landing for an afternoon at the beach or the Bar & Grill.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Winter:
Backyard is great for sledding! Chains/4WD often required in Tahoe. Outdoor furniture, fire pit and BBQ grill typically not available. Whole-house backup generator provides full electricity, heat, and hot water in case of occasional Tahoe power outages. Consider trip insurance in case of severe weather conditions.

Summary: Great place to stay for two families with kids under 2, especially the baby gates! Also appreciate all the snow equipement they had at the house that we didn't pack/bring.
