The apartment has been recently renovated throughout, boasting a lovely kitchen which is fully equipped and offers fantastic views over Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Double doors off the living area open out onto a spacious deck with a BBQ and seating area to enjoy the sun. There is ample parking off and on street.
The apartment is a great choice year round being fully double glazed, heated with a heater per room and a wood burning fire place. There is storage available for any outdoor equipment including skis, snowboards etc.
