Enjoy fishing on the expansive lighted dock equipped with a new first class fish cleaning station or bring your binoculars and observe some of the greatest bird watching on the gulf coast! The sprawling backyard is ideal for family games and barbeques.
The game room is perfect for keeping the kids entertained with foosball, board games or a movie when inside. When night falls the adults can take over the game room’s poker table complete with cards and poker chips while others lounge on the comfy sectional and enjoy a movie in the spacious living room as the delectable smell of fresh popped popcorn fills the house from the old fashioned popcorn machine!
Everyone congregates in the kitchen and this one is big enough for the whole family to pitch in and cook up the day’s catch! A short 15 minute boat ride from your private dock will take you to one of the several local bait camps. Traveling on another few minutes will take you to local restaurants, an offshore adventure in the Gulf of Mexico or world famous bay fishing in East Matagorda Bay.
