Enjoy 125' of private waterfront tucked away in a quiet cove with a large level yard - which creates lots of family opportunities for badminton, volleyball, bocci or playing catch.
The cottage is only fifteen feet from the water's edge and sits back over two hundred feet from the road.
Crane Cove is located on east bluff drive - perfect for a morning run , taking an evening stroll or maybe a family bike ride.
Your mornings can start on the large front porch with a cup of fresh coffee as you enjoy a beautiful sun rise glistening on the lake. Evenings can begin with the moon rising across the lake and a glass of your favorite local wine in hand.
Enjoy over 125 feet of waterfront as you wade in from the natural shale shoreline. Enjoy gathering around the lakefront fire-pit in the evenings.
The cottage has three bedrooms (two upstairs and one main level) and a large loft. The bedrooms and loft are equipped with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. The loft has two twin beds.
Views of the lake abound throughout the house.
Kids will enjoy the great fishing right from the dock... small mouth bass and perch.
Golfers will be pleased with the golf course in Penn Yan, and the many restaurants that surround Keuka lake, which offer great dining and enjoyable entertainment on many weekends.
This cottage is perfect for a couples romantic retreat of for a family vacation. Keuka Lake is a truly a getaway and we hope you love it as much as we do. From the parking area there are thirty-two stairs with three landings to our home.
