- House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.

- Pets are welcome for $80 per pet/per stay or may vary depending breed or amount of dog. Negotiate with host. Once per fee is paid is not refundable.
NOTE: We kindly ask you to ensure that pets do not get on the beds or sofas. This rule is in place for hygiene reasons and to protect our furniture. ​Please be aware that if any stains, damage, or soiling caused by pets are found on the furniture, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning or repairs. ​We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our accommodations in excellent condition.
