This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath lake house is warm and welcoming for family vacations or romantic getaways. It's a great place for boating, jet skiing , swimming, sunbathing, fishing off the 100 ft lit private pier or just simply enjoying nature and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. There's a BBQ grill for the outdoor chef and fire pit for those chilly nights. Access to the public boat ramp is just minutes away. More information and directions to the public boat ramp are available upon request. This home is just a few minutes from a general store, and close to Mathis, Orange Grove or a short 45 minutes to an hour drive to Corpus Christi and other salt water fishing areas. Summary: I got a message from the owner that he had some damage and was not going to be able to rent. He said he returned my money and it should show up in my account in a cpl weeks. If he has backed out why do y’all still think I stayed there?
