Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Shannon Bay from the upper and lower decks of our cozy updated lakefront home in this quiet and private lakeside community. Paddle out on the lake, light a campfire, have a glass of wine on the deck while taking in spectacular sunsets or cozy up on the couch in front of the big screen tv.
Welcome to cottage country thats just minutes away from all Orillia shops and restaurants.
Our house is newly renovated with kitchen, bathroom and flooring upgrades in 2019 and a new A/C unit in 2021 as well as an WV/Tesla charging plug.
Use of Row boat and canoe are included free of charge along with a weber gas bbq. We are kid friendly and have a large sandbox and playground beside the lower deck. We look forward to welcoming you to Simcoe Sunset, our treasure on the water with easy and quick access to all amenities in the town of Orillia.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is right on Lake Simcoe with a beautiful dock, rowboat, canoes and kayaks to be enjoyed. The cottage has everything you need for a stay - it was well equipped with dishes, plates, pots, pans, utensils and everything you need to cook, as well as the washer and dryer. Our kid really enjoyed the play set. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded right away. We would definitely stay here again.
