The Birds Nest is 2 miles to the GTA Owners Club (we provide free access) and 10 miles to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly. >>>Outdoor Pools will open with NO RESERVATIONS NECESSARY on May 15, 2021 under Phase 4 guidelines. After May 15, no reservations will be necessary for the Outdoor Pools, Game Room/Arcade, or Owners’ Club Gymnasium. The Fitness Center, Lap Swimming, and outdoor tennis & basketball courts will continue to require reservations. The Indoor Pool will be open for lap swimming ONLY beginning May 15. You must notify us your interest in those amenities at the time of booking. Only the property owner can make reservations on your behalf. A beautiful, secluded setting is the location of The Birds Nest in the Galena Territory. Come and relax to the sounds of nature all around you. This beautifully furnished home has three bedrooms all on their own level to afford you and your friends/family maximum privacy, each bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own bathroom. The large living room with gas log fireplace allows you to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching TV or playing cards. Step outside to the NEW Outdoor Hot Tub and enjoy a great, private view. The screened in porch is a dream, comfortable, private, amazing. The fully equipped kitchen allows you the option of dining in or you can take a short drive and dine at one of the many great restaurants in the Galena area. Two large decks and a screened-in porch allow you to view deer, wild turkey and all sorts of wildlife that live in the woods all around the house. Historic Galena is just minutes away with its quaint shops, historic buildings and great restaurants and bars. For skiers Chestnut Mountain is rated one of the Midwest top ski resorts is about 20 miles south. Your rental will include proximity cards that allow you access to the The Galena Territory Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. "The Owners' Club" includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800 acre property Our booking policy is that we require 30% down to hold the home for you (this is a not a deposit). The full balance is due 2 weeks before check in and will automatically charge to the credit card on file. Your stay becomes non refundable at this point, we cannot switch dates or refund any money, please consider purchasing travel insurance. If you cancel prior to the non refundable date you will receive your 30% (first payment) less a $35 cancellation fee.
