Positive: Great location close to restautants, bars and shopping in walking distance. Apartment is perfectly equipped for 3 to 4 persons (one bed, one sofabed( and has balconcy with view to the pool. Good or bad is a bigger tree in front of the balcony, which limits direct light to the living room / kitchen, Keys are passed digitally.
