This beautiful beach townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Downstairs houses the main living area with large couches and recliners, kitchen, dining, room, and half bath. There is a desk/work space to utilize in living room. Access to garage is located on the 1st floor. The primary bedroom is also located downstairs, equipped with a king sized bed and attached bathroom with standing shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with items needed to make meals, including seasoning, table ware and cooking vessels. Cleaning materials are located under the sink.
Upstairs holds the secondary bedrooms, full bath, and a loft area with a large reclining couch and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a full sized bed and twin sized bed. There is a full bath located upstairs which entails a garden tub/shower.
Outside porch has seating for 4 along with 2 additional lounge chairs on the outer patio.
Pool:
The pool hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00pm. No glass containers allowed in pool area. Children under the age of 14 years must be supervised by an adult.

In accordance with City Fire Code, propane barbecues and charcoal barbeques are not to be used within 10 feet of the structure.
