Bald Mountain, only two miles southwest, has more advanced skiing and snowboarding runs. You'll be within walking distance of the heart of Sun Valley, where you'll find entertainment at the Sun Valley Pavilion, the Sun Valley Ice Rink, and the Opera House. For a little more outdoorsy fun, you can go horseback riding at the Sun Valley Stables or spend a day hiking and biking on some of the wonderful trails in the area.
