Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Upon booking, you will receive a "Guest Screening" email from a company called Safely. This is an insurance company that we work to protect against identify theft and criminal behavior. Within that email, you will be asked to click on a link to fill out a screening questionnaire, asking for your first and last name, date of birth, and address. This is a requirement for us to confirm your reservation so please complete it once the email arrives.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

THE AREA:
With views of Port Susan, Puget Sound, Mt. Baker, and the Cascade Mountains, this new home is just minutes from a private beach, Cama State Park, and Camaloch golf course.
You'll also have access to the Camano Country Club private beach just a short drive or walk from the house.
Be sure to visit Camano Commons for the area's best coffee roasters as well as other local boutiques and charming cafes.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The Studio is part of a larger house which is also listed on Airbnb and could be occupied during your stay. Don’t worry though, this is a completely separate space, and it has its own separate entrance.
• The deck is considered a shared space with the Studio.
• This property is on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet paper goes down the toilets and nothing other than liquids go down the drains.
• Please note that this unit requires our guests to climb up and down a ladder in order to access the bed. When booking, you must be comfortable to climbing up and down.

There is free parking available on the premises.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Camano Island to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Anyone staying at the house must be 18 or older. Unfortunately, no one under 18 is permitted. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
