Summary: This is a really great condo with a convenient location, but we had a few issues. 1. The condo was not cleaned well. We found greasy substances on the counter in multiple spots, dirty pots, not clean back of the toilet, and completely unswept floors. Upon realizing their disgust Day 2, I started sweeping everything I could with a broom and it was so gross. Dog hair everywhere. Dried contacts and a dirty sock by the bed. Our socks were covered because I didn’t have a vacuum for the rug. I sent pictures to the property management company, who asserted that I could have swept the mess from behind refrigerators or stoves, which I found insulting. You should not have to clean upon arrival at your rental property. Nothing was done after this and no offer of financial restitution was given after request. So disappointing. Why even bother charging a cleaning fee??2. The TV did not work. We had hoped to watch multiple sporting events on Saturday when we arrived only to be left hanging with back and forth emails to the property management company. Finally they installed a new Roku on Sunday, but it still had issues.3. The check-in process is not convenient. You have to stop in Dillon on your way in to town to pick up keys from RMRM.
