Fully appointed kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, queen bed, 3 cushion sofa, and full size futon, Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, and beach equipment including 2 backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, coozies, and beach wagon. This unit is equipped with Impact resistant windows. Luxury Vinyl Flooring was recently added. The shower has a grab bar for safety. The Futon is located in a separate space for privacy if needed. Short walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, nightlife, festivals and markets. Must be 25+ to rent
