Sommerhuset fremstår dejligt lyst og er indrettet med åben køkken i forbindelse med stue. Her er altid mulighed for samvær og fælles hygge. Der er tre gode soveværelser og pænt badeværelse med gulvvarme, bruseniche og håndvask. De store vinduespartier giver et skønt lysindfald samt udgang til husets terrasser. Sommerhuset er godt isoleret og er derfor velegnet til brug på alle tider af året. I stuen findes varmepumpe til billig samt energi venlig opvarmning. Huset er beliggende på en 1600 m2 stor naturgrund. Rundt om huset er der flere terrasser med rig mulighed for grill, afslapning og hygge. Det er altid muligt at finde læ samt sol eller skygge. På siden af huset findes udebruser, så strandsandet ikke kommer med ind i huset. Til de yngste findes gynge og huset rutsjebane. På græsplænen er der også opstillet små fodboldmål.
