A room in a big, fancy house in an ultra luxury master planned community. 50 miles of trails for walking & biking. Access to one of a kind 5 acre pool & beach for extra fee. Enjoy a peaceful & fashionable stay in a resort-like setting. It's a short drive to the PGA headquarters & many dining options. Legacy West and downtown Frisco are about 20 minutes. We are a friendly married couple that love travelling, and are excited to make sure you have a great visit. The space - A big house about 3500 square foot. The bedroom on the right once you come through the entry door is the only one that is listed. Huge backyard with a cool patio in the back. Guest access - Your bedroom will be on the right immediately after you step in. The bedroom has an attached full bath. Guests are requested to stay away from the rest of the house but can use the front and backyards. The patio has some chairs and a table for you to lounge and enjoy the lush space. During your stay - We enjoy interacting with our guests, learning about them and sharing experiences but will stay away if you prefer that. We can provide any recommendations around the area.
