A beautiful pool, on the lake, as well as ample parking and tennis courts. This condo is perfect as a couples get away or for a family with kids. This condo is centrally located in Osage Beach and is near many golf courses, shopping outlet and just five minutes from Tan Tar A resort.
PLEASE NOTE!! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Loud music, illegal drugs, excessive drinking will not be tolerated. If any of the above rules are violated or If you exceed the amount of people indicated on your booking you will be asked to leave. If reported you will be asked to leave and will forgo any monies deposited. This is a family friendly condo complex. Perfect for a couple or couples that want to lounge by the pool, have a glass of wine and enjoy the view or for a family with kids, take them fishing and see the sights of the Ozarks. I will only rent to guests with previous good reviews that intend to follow the condo complex guidelines, I prefer guests over the age of 30.
Directions: Once on road KK (after you get off Highway 54, look for Baydy Peak road, there is a gas station just before Baydy Peak Road and there is a sign for the Knolls condominiums take a right on Baydy Peak. You will then look for the Breakwater Bay sign, about 2 miles, (on your left) at the bottom of the hill and that is where you will turn (left) in to the condominium complex. My unit is #905
Boat Information. I have a slip (#C14) it does not have hoist yet. The slip is 12 x 28. If you should rent a boat make sure it comes with rope to tie up and bumpers to protect the boat. There is a $25.00 daily fee for use of the boat slip. Please contact me about this Where do I put my boat in? There are a number of national parks around the area that allow to put your boat in. Go to Missouri State Parks specifically to Lake of the Ozarks State Parks, there is a category for where to put your boat in. Redhead Lakeside Grill and Yacht club is only a 9 minute drive by car that also has access to put your boat in and will also allow you to store your trailer. Current rates are $25.00 to put in and take at your boat (this is a one time fee) and they charge $27.00 for a week to keep your trailer. Please call Redhead for current rates (573 693 1525)
