The House on Woodacres is a three bed two bath cozy home located in the Pocono Mountains - 90 minutes from New York City. It is near Camelback Mountain, Aquatopia, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, wineries, beautiful scenic trails and much more! Excellent for families and group getaways. ⛷
The community pool and Lake are open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Living Room:
Open concept, fireplace, firewood and 1 easy light log.
Kitchen:
Refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cutting boards, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs. One roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and sponge.
Bedroom 1:
The main bedroom is located upstairs and has an en-suite bath. 1 King size bed, 1 futon, Fresh clean sheets, comforter, pillows, and extra blankets in the cabinet.
Bedroom 2:
Located on the main level. 1 Queen size bed, fresh clean sheets, comforter, and pillows.
Bedroom 3:
Located on the main level. 1 Queen size bed, fresh clean sheets, comforter, pillows, and iron in the closet.
Loft/Game Room:
2 narrow twin-size beds, pool table, poker table, dominos table, karaoke machine, board games
Bathrooms:
Toilet paper, hand soap, towels, and body wash.
Laundry:
Washer, dryer and laundry detergent.
Outdoor:
Fire pit, firewood, and 1 easy light log.
Physical guest passes are provided for the pool and lake. These guest passes are to be returned at the end of your stay. In the event of a lost/missing guest pass there will be a $100 dollar fee per missing guest pass.

We recognize that our furry friends are part of the family. We allow 1 non-shedding house-trained dog. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. This fee covers damage that is not covered under your security deposit through VRBO as well as a deep cleaning as our cleaning crew charges more when there are pets. We need to be sensitive to our guests that may have pet allergies.

Summary: This place was incredible! It’s clean, modern decor, and has a lot of things to do inside such as pool, karaoke, gaming table for cards and bumper pool, board games, as well as a tv with all the apps. We will definitely be staying here again! The check-in process was smooth and the communication with Jay and Sia was awesome.
