Our huge 6300 sq ft, 8 bedroom, 4,5 bathroom home which sleeps 20 guests, is located very centrally in the heart of Pocono
Camelback Mountain is just 6 min away, Kalahari indoor waterpark,
Mt Airy 13 min away, many good restaurants on rt 611 is 5 min away, Crossings premium outlets are 4 min away and i-80 is 2 min away.

Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. We offer pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting board, plates, cutlery and various glasses.

Indoor heated pool coming Nov 1, 2024. Size of a pool is 30'x13'. Temp is 80F
We don't allow change over day on Saturday
Minimum stay 2 nights for weekends.
Minimum stay 3 nights for midweek
Maximum occupancy is 20 (No day guests allowed)
Over 16 people each additional guest is $100 per person per night
Minimum age for renters is 28 (please inquire if younger)
Limit of 9 cars on the property
Pets allowed only if property manager approves it ($199/pet)

Hard copy of the rental agreement will be emailed to sign
