As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by charming small details such as exposed brick, unique accent walls of rustic wood panels, and a statement stone fireplace. Enter the apartment into the open-space living/dining/kitchen area where you will find all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The front part of the apartment is dedicated to the living and dining room, creating a dynamic space for relaxing, eating, or having a game night.
In the living room area, you will find a stone electric fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone creating a lovely statement piece in the home. Relax on the comfortable couch that can be converted into a queen-size pullout. Spend time cuddled up by the fire, or watching a movie on the 32” TV mounted on the wall across from the couch above the dining table. Across the room is the dining area where you will find a table with seating for four and beautiful updated built-in cabinets with additional counter space creating extra room for food storage or meal prep.
The kitchen area of the home is just off the living/dining space and is equipped as a kitchenette for preparing simple meals at home. In the kitchen, you will find ample cabinet space for storage in the beautiful cabinets, and basic cookware to make some of your meals at home. In addition, the kitchen boasts a wine/beverage-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and stovetop. Please note, the space does not have an oven.
Located off the right of the kitchen is the full bathroom, which features a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage space, a medicine cabinet above the sink, a toilet, and a tiled bath/shower combo. To the left of the kitchen, you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a large closet space with a dresser inside. The bedroom has a modern cabin vibe, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere for a restful night of sleep.
