Beautiful log home on the Sturgeon River surrounded by peaceful wooded backyard, fire pit. Walk along the boardwalk surrounded by woods and wild flowers leading to the beautiful Sturgeon River. A very private getaway for family or group of friends. Plenty of room for two to even three families or group of friends to rent together. This home is located close to some of the most beautiful areas of Northern Michigan! You are just 30 minutes away from Mackinac City, Gaylord, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Boyne Mountain Resort. If you are active you are surrounded by some of the best golfing, kayaking, trout and walleye fishing, canoeing, boating, mountain biking, snow-shoeing, ATV Trail, snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing. Less than a mile from the house there is a playground, roller and ice hockey rink, and skateboarding park located at Cooperation Park. This house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen for those that love to cook and a full size washer and dryer in the mud room. We have plenty of board games, movies, and two 50" HD tv's with Directv and Bluray DVD players for raining days. There is also a smaller tv in the kitchen that you can hook up to your Roku, Chrome, etc. and run off your hotspot. AT&T works great but Verizon does not work great. Sorry, no wifi. No parties, smoking, pets, and fireworks. There is boarding for your cat or dog just right up the street called Indian River Pet Resort.
