Summary: Let me say right off the bat the only reason I can’t give the property a 5 was because of the street condition at the time of our stay. The city was putting in water mains and we had no access to parking near the house. The next family that says there should not face the same situation. That being said, the house was ideal for my wife and I, both in our mid-70’s. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a wonderful area of town. Royal Oak is very centrally located. The communication between the owner and I was no problem whatsoever. Here’s the best recommendation I could give. When my wife and I visit family again in southeast Michigan we will see if the house is available. Thanks Moe!!!
