It is also walking distance to the RTD, where you can take the D Line straight to the Union Stations in Denver or drive 15 minutes north. It is located 40 minutes from the airport, at least 1 hour away to the closest ski resort (i.e. Loveland Ski Resort, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper, Winter Park, Breckenridge, etc), and within 15 minutes drive to various state parks (Chatfield Lake and Cherry Creek State Park). The Mary Carter Greenway bike trail that runs along Platte River is just around the corner.

Summary: Carla was a wonderful host, very accommodating when my flight was very late. The house was very comfortable, clean and a wonderful location. A few odds and ends were left on a windowsill, and the shower supplies were in short supply and appeared watered down. Otherwise everything was great. We really appreciated the minimal check out requirements. Very straight-forward and easily accomplished. Would love to stay here again.
