Just a couple blocks north of the Historic Argenta district which contains restaurants, bars and a comedy club, not to mention can just cross the river and be in Downtown LR! This apartment is located right on Main St. and it needs to be mentioned that there's always a bit of street noise. Box fans are inside the unit to accommodate for noise while sleeping. Inside the unit: ✔Nespresso machine (treat yo self) ✔55in Smart TV ✔Smart lock to make check-in easy and keyless! ✔Kitchen & cooking essentials ✔Box fan to eliminate street noise or accomodate picky sleepers ✔Additional sheets & comforters ✔Air mattress ✔Fold out couch (sleeps 1) ✔Linens and makeup wipes Plenty of parking in the lot out back, or on the street. The unit is 1 of 4 and there are 2 main doors for entering/exiting. Please note this Airbnb is in a shared building with 1 full-time tenant, and other Airbnb residents so you always need to be respectful of noise.
