We take pride in providing warm hospitality and making sure we deliver excellent service to all our guests.
This simple yet beautiful house is located in the heart of a quite beautiful neighborhood right between Denver and Boulder. Plenty of walking and biking trails, parks, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts around a corner. A mountain view within walking distance.
It has 3 beds and 2.5 baths. You will have the entire house to yourselves. 2 car garage and 3 car stamped driveway.
Cozy living room has 50' 4K smart TV, electric fireplace, family games & puzzles to entertain yourselves.
All bedrooms are upstairs. 13 flights of stairs from main floor.
Bedroom #1 has 1 king size brand new Sealy posturepedic plush mattress and has its own master bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has 1 queen size brand new plush mattress.
Bedroom #3 has 1 full size bed that has a firm memory foam mattress.
All rooms have closets, hangers, mirrors, nightstands, linens, bedding and throw blankets.
Basic toiletries included.
The Kitchen is fully equipped including cooking basics, dishware, flatware, microwave, toaster, knife set, electric glass kettle, blender, Instapot, Keurig, coffee maker, spices, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, paper plates and many more.
Basement has a small remote work space. A washer and dryer are in the basement as well. 13 flights of stairs to basement from main floor.
A gorgeous backyard with a big gazebo with 6 person table set.
You will enjoy the river rocks, they are so colorful after rain or light snow where you can sit next to a fire pit to keep warm or roast some smores.
Please note:
-Self check in with keyless entry (keypad).
-Two sets of stairs consisting of 13 steps each with stable side rails (upstairs and downstairs from main floor).
-Driveway is stamped (smooth concrete) and can be slippery during winter.
-Cellular connections are hit or mess (It is Colorado).
-No cable (only one TV in living room).
-No shoes, food or any colored drinks in any carpeted area.
-Exterior security system has motion detectors, door sensors and records. They are located at doorbell, in the garage, backyard and on the side of the house.
-There are NO interior cameras.
-Not all amenities are guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Trash pick up every Thursday morning. We appreciate you placing the bin near the curb the nights before pick up.
• Cameras: No tampering with garage and backyard cameras. Cameras are for our security and yours. Tampering (moving, covering, disconnecting) cameras will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.
• Do not turn off or modify WiFi- no illegal downloads.
• No pets/animals- $250 cleaning fee and immediate cancellation without refund imposed. We have severe allergies.
• Guest is responsible for replacement cost of items damaged or missing.
• Please respect our quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. This is not a party house. Neighbor complaints will result in immediate cancellation.
• Please be mindful of how the home is left.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping any kinds in the house- $500 sanitation fee imposed.
