Our guests get to experience firsthand our home's cozy historic charm, eclectic furnishing, and inviting design. Located in the heart of Denver, this home offers easy access to Pearl Street, Downtown Denver, and much more.
This unique home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple workstations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work-from-home environment. The house has an evaporative cooler for use in the warm summer months (not central air).

Kitchen is on the lower level, and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. Plant care is scheduled for Fridays to care for several live plants (around 12:15). They will ring the doorbell before entering.
Please note that the jets in the tub are not operational.
This home does not have central AC. There are two portable ac units and several fans to help keep things cool. Colorado nights tend to be in the 60's so opening windows at night and shutting them in the morning will help keep the place nice and cool.
No pets are allowed at this property.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
